Dennis A. Fagent functions as CEO for ZFA and is responsible for the design of many of the firm’s projects. As a licensed professional for more than thirty years, Dennis performs structural design and engineering on a variety of building types, including educational, public, commercial, hospitals and wineries. He is a leading pioneer in the structural design of stabilized soil construction and in applying innovative base isolation methods to ensure seismic protection of wine storage tanks and other extremely valuable, non-replaceable information stored on as high-tech equipment. He is also in charge of organizing ZFA’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology goals in Revit.
