    Citrus Heights | California ZFA provided structural engineering services for this legendary steakhouse restaurant. The 7,600 square foot building is wood framed with a roof structure made primarily of gang nail trusses with some stick framing around the perimeter. ZFA had to follow a prototype set of plans supplied by the chain.
