The building is supported by a structural steel frame and is located within a kilometer of the Healdsburg Rogers Creek fault, requiring the most restrictive lateral force design prescribed by the 1997 UBC.

The Washington Hospital provides numerous healthcare services in addition to its hospital based services and has steadily grown in response to the expanding population of Southern Alameda County. Our work has included the installation of the Conrad E. Anderson, M.D. Conference Center, the 11,200 square feet conversion of the existing Professional Resources Department and part of the Patient Accounting Department in the Main Hospital into a new Executive Administrative office suite, and the renovation and addition to the east end of the existing main hospital first floor emergency department.
