This new commercial complex consists of five one- and two-story buildings. Structural steel skeletons and steel studs support a true brick veneer, elaborate arches, and detailed concrete columns. Towers, mezzanines, voluminous entries, and large sawn-lumber arcades create the traditional style inspired by the substantial structures at nearby California State University at Chico.
