Napa County Health and Human Services Master Plan
Napa County | California
Existing buildings on the Health and Human Services Agency campus date back to the 1920s. Because of their historical and architectural significance, serious consideration must be made as to whether any or all of these buildings should be demolished or are to remain a part of the future campus and the opportunities and constraints they pose. Furthermore, a brief evaluation of the remaining eight buildings on campus is required to determine value. The Master Plan phase includes concept and schematic design bridging documents for the new structures. The sustainability goal is LEED Gold certification for this project.
