This 1,530 seat theater was built in 1950 and is one of the largest high school theaters in the Bay Area. Significant architectural changes include a new lobby, balcony, full basement, and stage crossover. Each of these elements required innovative structural solutions to resolve seismic and other loading conditions. In addition, major theatrical improvements include many new suspended catwalks, stage lift, acoustical clouds, and multi-level tech ledges.
Construction Cost: $28.3M | Completed: 2013
