SolTrans Curtola Park and Ride Hub
Vallejo | California
The new SolTrans Curtola Park and Ride Hub is an essential infrastructure improvement project aimed at mitigating traffic congestion and will service over 4,000 people daily. The design was inspired by a nautical theme of masts, cables, and ship ribs, and the overall project scope includes a new terminal, passenger waiting areas, bathrooms, security enhancements, electric vehicle charging stations, and a new casual carpool loading and unloading area. The project was funded by bridge tolls administered by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
Construction Cost: $14.5 million | Completion: 2015
