project consisting of luxury condominiums distributed throughout eight three-story
buildings. The deep earth tones and Maybeck-style architectural design are
reminiscent of older homes found in the Nob and Russian Hill neighborhoods
of San Francisco.

Healdsburg, CA
Overlooking the Dry Creek Valley, this beautiful, energy efficient home resides on a private vineyard. This Tuscan theme residence features a unique tile roof, rough timbers for trusses and columns and ceramics from Italy. Also on the property is a 3,000 sf detached two-story garage that functions as a garage showroom and game room. The garage is heavy timber framed and features exposed beams, columns and structural brackets.

Petaluma, CA
Twenty-two unit, two-story apartment complex consisting of two buildings joined by a bridge at the second level, which spans a memorial garden, dedicated to the Petaluma Ecumenical Housing's founding architect; the late Richard S. Leib. This complex features a community room with full kitchen, a laundry facility, library and Manager's office. Green aspects of the project include; solar pre-treated hot water, energy efficient washing machines and dryers, and many energy efficient building materials such as double-glazed windows. |
