For 37 years, ZFA Structural Engineers has collaborated with architects and municipalities to help build better communities. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, we offer our clients innovative, practical, design solutions for their projects.

Our project experience spans the gamut of possibilities, from schools, healthcare, office buildings, and bridges, to massive solar installations, seismic rehabilitations, and wineries. We are also adept in and committed to the latest technologies in sustainable design, with 10 members of our staff being LEED Accredited Professionals.

The result is ZFA's excellent reputation for delivery of on-time, on-budget, creative, and well-organized construction documents that provide a complete scope of work and, consequently, credible construction costs.

Our company has fully integrated offices in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa, with a staff of 34 people, including 13 licensed Structural Engineers and nine licensed Professional Engineers.
