Paradise Valley Estates is a continued care retirement community undergoing retrofit and expansion of their existing facilities. ZFA provided structural engineering services for the expansion of the existing three-story assisted living facility, which involved the partial renovation of the ground level and the construction of a new single-story, 18-bed memory care wing, providing an additional 14,850 square feet of space. Additionally, the scope of work included a new two-story parking garage with 26 parking spaces on each floor.
