Transportation
We are pleased to offer complimentary shuttle services for round-trip transportation from various locations. Shuttles will depart from Redwood City, Berkeley, San Francisco, Santa Rosa, Napa, and Sacramento between 1:00 PM and 2:15 PM (exact timing depends on location and will be communicated via email closer to the event date). The shuttles will leave Sonoma Raceway at 7:00 PM to return to their original pick-up locations.
For those who prefer to drive, valet parking is required. Simply pull up to the valet station, and our professional (and insured) attendants will take care of your vehicle. Valet parking is free of charge.
Schedule
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Arrival and check-in
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Food, drinks, and pace car hot laps
Please arrive between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM at Sonoma Raceway, Turn 11. All guests will need to sign a waiver upon entry and must be 21 or older.
Enjoy food, drinks, and great company inside the new Turn 11 luxury event space. Savor local beers, Sonoma wines, mocktails, and an assortment of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres throughout the afternoon. Tables and seating will be available inside and outside (no assigned seats), and guests are encouraged to mingle, enjoy the food and drinks, and experience the excitement of the pace car hot laps.
Attire
Cocktail attire is encouraged.
As the sun sets in Sonoma County, temperatures can cool down. The venue is partially outdoors, and we recommend bringing a warmer layer to stay comfortable in the often cool evening air. A coat room will be available.
Pace Car Hot Laps
Experience the thrill of the track! With a professional race car driver behind the wheel, feel the twists and turns of the iconic 2.52-mile road course at speeds north of 100 MPH!
Cocktail attire, including heels, is suitable for the hot laps; however, please note that a helmet will be required for safety. Anyone may ride, and rides will occur throughout the afternoon, starting at 4:00 PM.

ZFA Structural Engineers proudly celebrates 50 years of excellence at the new Turn 11 hospitality facility at Sonoma Raceway. As the largest motorsports venue in Northern California, Sonoma Raceway hosts prestigious events, including the NASCAR Cup Series. This new 19,000-square-foot luxury indoor/outdoor hospitality space, situated adjacent to the iconic 11th turn, offers an unparalleled track viewing experience.
Founded on a passion for engineering and motorsports, ZFA's legacy includes the personal connection of its founder, Greg Zucco, who once raced his own car on this very track some 40 years ago. Now, as the structural engineer of record for the new Turn 11 facility, ZFA is excited to celebrate this milestone anniversary with our favorite people at this special place.
