Habitat for Humanity

ZFA has worked for and alongside Habitat for Humanity (Habitat) for over 20 years. Our team joined Habitat’s Sonoma County group in Sebastopol on June 12, 2026 to help bring four new townhomes to life. This was a unique experience because ZFA also provided the structural design for these two-story, 1,400-square-foot townhomes. It was very rewarding for six members of our staff to help bring the design to fruition. Working side-by-side with COAR Design Group, McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and the future homeowners, the day was filled with collaboration, progress, and purpose. Every effort moved these homes one step closer to completion—and to welcoming the families who will call them home.
