ZFA provided structural engineering services for this fast-paced tenant improvement for a new pediatric orthopedic and cardiology clinic in Emeryville. The 12,400 square foot clinic is located within a 1940’s warehouse and spans two completely different building types. The project was completed within a short, six-month time frame.
