ZFA worked closely with the architect on the tenant improvement of an existing concrete building for a new outpatient center that includes imaging, an operating room, and oncology functions. The 104,000-square-foot building, designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, consists of three floors of parking and three floors of medical office space.
ZFA’s role included full-service engineering services, from schematic design through construction administration, including assisting with obtaining the building permit.
