Dennis A. Fagent is responsible for the design of many of the firm’s projects. As a licensed professional for more than 35 years, he has performed structural design and engineering on a variety of building types including educational facilities, commercial buildings, hospitals, wineries, public facilities, and more. He is a leader in the use of cold-formed steel engineering combined with the use of building panelization on projects of varied scale from residential projects to complicated multi-level medical facilities. Recently, Dennis oversaw the engineering team that designed the prefabricated wall panels for a series of retail stores for a national high-end furniture & home goods chain utilizing Revit (BIM) models which resulted in maximized value, shorter delivery times, reduced construction waste, improved quality, and even improved job safety.
