As founder and principal of ZFA’s newest office in Napa, Chris focuses on downtown redevelopment, rehabilitation, and adaptive reuse of Napa’s historic buildings, in addition to design of hotels, multi-family, and custom residential projects. A native of Napa with roots in his family’s construction business, Chris brings an in-depth knowledge of construction methods and materials with a focus on efficiency and constructability to his projects.

Chris is an avid lover of the outdoors and feels most comfortable when surrounded by the peacefulness of the mountains and forests or a pristine lake. When not in the office, he’s likely to be found deep in the woods on a hike or in pursuit of that elusive trophy fish.
