Senior Associate

Chris began his career working in San Francisco on a wide variety of project types, including bridges, education, emergency response, infrastructure, large commercial, and parking garages. He has since returned to his native Napa Valley, joining ZFA’s Napa office. Chris is excited to leveraging his previous experiences to assist ZFA’s Napa office to continue to develop these sectors in the region.

    • Adept with the ASCE 41 standard for seismic evaluation and retrofit to develop cost-effective strengthening strategies for existing buildings
    • Seeks to understand the full scope of each project and provides value by initiating coordination with other design consultants

Chris brings a client-focused design approach to structural engineering. He’s highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and able to find solutions to different types of problems that are tailored to the client’s needs. He thinks creatively within technical design principles to guarantee practical and functional designs.
